RTI is coming but the changeover can be hassle free.
What does it mean for your business?
From April of this year, instead of the current system of ‘End of Year Reporting’ of staff payments and deductions, HMRC will now require C G Accounts, as your payroll agent, to submit reports on or before the date that wages are paid. This includes ALL staff over the age of 16, be they permanent, temporary or casual.
Please ensure all your employee details are up to date and include:
Title (Mr/Mrs,Miss etc.)
Date of Birth
National Insurance Number
Employees without a P45 will still be required to complete a P46. Leavers will still receive a P45 and at the end of the tax year all current staff will receive a P60.
