The law on workplace pensions has changed. Over the next few years, every employer with staff in the UK must automatically enrol those who meet certain criteria into a workplace pension scheme and contribute towards it. The exact date for your business will be dictated by the Pensions Regulator, however you should look to begin setting up your scheme up to 12 months before your deadline.
